Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your item. To request an exchange, email info@ayaat.ae or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason.
- An exchange is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email stating the replacement item is in stock.
- Customers may exchange an item up to 2 times per original order.
- Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Customised items — including size alterations or any personalised modifications — are not eligible for exchange.
- Outside UAE: Customer pays the return shipping and re-shipping fee for the new item.
- Discounted items: Customer is responsible for any price difference between exchanged items.
After the 48-hour window has passed, we cannot accept exchange requests.
Damaged Items
Items damaged in transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Report within 24 hours of delivery to info@ayaat.ae with photos.
