Do you restock sold-out items?

No. AYAAT runs in limited editions of 222 pieces per design. Once a design is gone, we move on. Sign up to our emails to be first to know about new drops.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our Size Guide. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll advise.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that, the order may already be with our fulfilment team.

Do you ship outside UAE, KSA, and Qatar?

Not at the moment. Email us at info@ayaat.ae and we'll let you know if we can arrange it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (UAE only). Tabby and Tamara (buy now, pay later) coming soon.

How do I return an item?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Are your garments true to size?

We design slightly relaxed for modest coverage. Check the size chart measurements rather than going by your usual label size.

Is AYAAT a sustainable brand?

We produce in small runs intentionally, 222 pieces per design, to avoid overproduction. Every piece is made by a single tailor, not a mass factory line.
